The number of new listings, which include new and existing properties, gives an indication of how busy the market is. August 2022 Highlights
Both of Auburn and Opelika’s real estate markets evened out when it came to new construction houses sold and days on market. Compared to last month, the average sale price of a home in Auburn went down, but in Opelika it increased from July. In both cases, houses are still selling for more than they were at this time last year.
