I have been around sales and marketing since my first professional job with a Fortune 500 company. After 16 years of a successful career in the corporate world, I got my real estate license and have not looked back. That experience has served me well in developing my real estate clientele of which repeat and referrals are the backbone of my business. I have been involved with various aspects of my profession over the last 22 years and have held offices in the local and state real estate associations, and have served on the Alabama Real Estate Commission. My awards include Realtor of the Year in 2009 and 2017, and the Jack Dunlop Service Award for the Lee County Association of Realtors and various production awards over the years. The Kiwanis Club of Auburn and the Lee County Literacy Coalition are also near and dear to my heart where I have served in various offices in promoting adult literacy and programs supporting children through both of those organizations. In 2021, I stepped into the role of Qualifying Broker at Porter Properties where I am a selling and listing broker as well as the manager of 25 agents. Through my day to day real estate experiences, just like the agents I work with, I am able to be a better broker for those agents under me, and because I sees more than just my own contracts and issues, I in turn am a better agent for her clients. To that end, experience really does make the difference.
